Nappies for Chilian workers...

Here's a story from Chile that you may find interesting:
Cashier's at Chile's Santa Isabela supermarket chain claim their employer is so mean that work breaks are so few and far between that they have to resort to wearing nappies to get through their shifts without getting fiired.
The union, which must be pretty weak, said the Santa Isabela, owned by Cencosud which is one of Chile's largest chain retailers, said cashiers could not leave their work stations during their shifts.
But Cencosud said any such incidents would have been isolated. The complaint has been taken up by Chile's largest labour union, which wants government action. Surely there is a contract which would deal with such matters?
